This is an alternative to Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidation. If a company’s
directors realise that a company is heading for financial difficulty at an early
stage, they can ask us to put together a proposal for a Corporate Voluntary
Arrangement. This can lead the company out of its financial problems. This
must be agreed by the creditors.
