Not at all a secret is the need for the Chancellor to find money from somewhere to fill gaps in the public purse. Between now and 26th November, anticipation of tax rises is likely to be rife and, with that, we're likely to see business owners considering taking steps to mitigate any possible tax hikes or other changes to legislation which may impact the industries in which they operate.
